Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This is a bogus company that scams realtors into thinking they are getting a lead generating system that they are not. Once they get your money they disappear and they don't support your business. The better Business bureau has an f rating on them with a warning about this business posted. Tons and tons of realtors are on social media complaining about these people and they have not stopped their practices. I signed up for a system based on me getting incoming lead calls. That is not what it is. They told me that to lure me in because I do not do cold calls That's all the system is. It is criminal. Not only are you going against do not call laws but they did not show up for the online training and for 4 days have not responded to any emails or phone calls. Resolution Sought I want a full refund
