Make this store re-price goods in line.

I went to the 7/11 today to purchase food and as I searched, I notice a 4 pack of toilet paper was listed at $7,99 for a 4 pack. I also saw single rolls for $1/roll. When I drew this to the attention of the manager, she said that she does not set the price for the goods. This is probably double a reasonable price today. This is price gouging.
