We are a tenant at one of there locations. We currently rent their space located at 1500 Crafton Ave Bldg 132, Mentone, CA, 92359. Since the beginning they have been giving us a hard time. They are always trying to sneak extra fees aside from what our contract has stated. They are charging us for things that aren't even at the location for example (water, sewage) when our lactation doesn't even have either. No restroom, nothing. We pay a company for a portable restroom. Resolution Sought My desired income is for them to leave us alone and be reasonable or better yet let us break our contract so we can relocate elsewhere. At this point us being there isn't sustainable for our business.
