Sold my home in Dec 2017. and paid a final water bill in January 2018. New owners started using water in March 2018. (I received a water usage chart verifying this) Sent sale documents to Sewerage and Waterboard. Found out later that I was in credit bureau for 1300.00 dollars for water usage after I sold the house. I have written 5 letters to S&WB , asking them to clear up the matter. 4 years and I am still in the credit bureau for this charge. Resolution Sought Send info to the credit reporting agencies that will remove this erroneous information

In my household I am the only person. My water bill has been always below one hundred dollars or less . Since last 3/4 months it is sky rocketing for absolutely no reason, it has been $185 two months before, but October '21 bill gone gone crazy $550. Due to pandemic and hurricane Ida, I am suffering financially. Every time I complain to water board, I always get a typical denial letter. There's no leak inside home. Please help. Resolution Sought Something gone wrong on their side. How one person dwelling can possibly get monthly bill of $500. I am unable to pay these ever increasing bill. Some third party investigation is needed.
