He's a thief!

We paid in full for 2 chairs 6 months ago. Fradin promised that they would be ready in 4 weeks. Because of Covid, we have been very patient. In March, after reaching out to him multiple times, Fradin sent me a single text that the chairs were ready to be shipped. However, he has not responded to any of my attempts to arrange for shipping. For months I have tried calling, texting and emailing, but no one responds. Even the shipper has tried to reach him, but he doesn't answer. At this point, I suspect that he has stolen my money and has no intention to ship anything. In retrospect, I should have checked the BBB reviews, whose reviewers complained of the same problem. Do not trust this man or this company at all. He is an absolute thief of the worst kind.
