I hired them to deal with my taxes with IRS, after I signed the paperwork, and put down 2500.00 dollars, they said they would get on top of it. Which in fact I ended up giving them 5000.00, to be my power of attorney, they did nothing for me. This happen in 2018. Resolution Sought I would like them to give me my money back. Because I'm black they felt like they can get away with this.
