The man has been paid in full but the work he has done is very substandard and other work not completed. A 3 or 4 day job has turned into a almost 6 month ordeal. I keep texting him , he tells me he will be there to finish but never shows up. Now it's to the point he ignores my texts Resolution Sought Get in touch with Mr. Shaffer to see if he plans on finishing the work or reimburse me for rework and work not finished in a timely fashion like the contract states.
