I hired Shannon Connors to help me with a Landlord/Tenant in Indianapolis. I sent to her proof of the Mold I had in my Apartment and still lose my case. 49K05-2112EV-002308 . The Judge in Pike Township said No on get paid I just got a bill from her 11-11-23 asking for 1.500.00. Resolution Sought Proper protocol today is my first time filing complaint with the BBB.

The Complaining party hired us to represent her as a Defendant in an eviction matter. At the trial, the Judge ruled in favor of both sides and said that the damages offset. So the Landlord was not able to collect any of the damages they alleged in the complaint against the Complaining Party. The Complaining Party has not paid for any legal services rendered including representing her at the trial.

After Shannon Conners refuse to summit my proof to the Judge when she got the Judge ruling and never send me a copy she send me. W bill for 1.500.00 not knowing I got a copy of the Judge's ruling from Indiana legal aid when I spoke on a panel board for Tenant advocate.
