Andrew and Justin repointed and motor, water proofed, removed moss to back to normal they said, it rained the next day. My son ask why thy did not cover it? you don't have to any more they said. now it all cracked and mortor is running down the bricks. no more water proofing you think. I have talked to there office 5 times. Chris, who told me he was the one to talk to still has not called me back. I am at the point to call my homeowners. bbb and the attorney generals office. i am so afraid of big problems. we heat with wood. I am all electric. I am 82 years old. i am not use to people not standing behind their work. thank you for letting me vent. the work was done 6/24/23. winter is not to far off. thank you for any thing you can do. Should I also call the fire Dept? Resolution Sought Refund, so I can have it done right don't trust them unless the fire department ok's their work if they do that.
