We hired and paid Shamrock to complete a patio and sidewalk for us. A couple of days after job was completed 9/14/18 we notified Shamrock of bubbles all over patio. They sent someone out to "fix it". What was done did not fix the issue. The bubbles were still there. Ryan the owner/project manager has been promising me for two years that it will get fixed. At one point Ryan said to my wife that the bubbles could be from me putting out my cigarettes on the patio. The bubble spots are literally everywhere to the point it would be impossible for cigarette buds to do that. Not to mention I always flick my cherries in the grass. It was extremely unprofessional. You can tell he was grabbing at straws to find a way out of fixing the patio. My wife spoke with Ryan April 30th 2021, he said he would be by my house the following week and never called. Mind you Ryan said he would be in touch end of March early April and never called. After 2 years of empty promises I am filing a complaint for my patio to get fixed. We paid them for a job to be done and I do not have a complete product. Ryan claims they switched there policies to avoid what happened to our patio to happening to others. Great fix mine. He has claimed our project remains on his desk to fix but has not once initiated fixing my patio. We are continually calling and are exhausted at this point. Over 20 calls have been made regarding this issue. I just want it fixed. Resolution Sought I would like my patio fixed within 30 days. If not I would like a full refund payable in 30 days.
