Shanco did a bait and switch on my contract. I signed a contract for 12.78 Kwh and they only gave me 3.03 Kwh (est) system for same price. They written an email and thought that I would understand and would not challenge them. At that time, I did not understand, and did not know that they were lowering the Kwh size and that was dishonest and illegal. They did not renew the contract. I felt rob by Shanco. I want them to honor their original contract. It is costing me lots of money to loose singles and service. I pray God for help. This has set me back quite a bit. It has caused me tremendous stress in my life. My neighbor has better solar, for less price. Thank you for your time and consideration. Resolution Sought I prayed that Shanco would honor their original contract to me with out changing me more for singles. Thank you.
