Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On 10/19/23 I signed a one year contract with SHAPE for personal training. I have 6 sessions left to complete my year and without any official roll out aside from "word of mouth" they changed the terms of the contract from personal training to "squad training" which consists of groups of 2-4 individuals. There was no notification by email or snail mail. My only choices are to pay more for personal training (an increase of $55/session to $90/session, or join the squad group. I do not want to do either and asked for a reimbursement for my remaining sessions. They refuse to do this. Resolution Sought I would like the gym to reimburse me for the leftover sessions as they are in breech of contract
