I purchased online a shapewear. Tried to email many times. Requested in writing a full refund for item never received. Can't reach by phone. Sent many emails but no response. Item not received. Resolution Sought A full refund. Customers to know what they are getting into. Pull their ads on Pintrest.

I ordered an item from them last August or September. It was a small, which I didn't order that size, so I returned it. I sent it back on October 13, 2021 with my own money. I have been trying to call them, but they don't answer. Then I noticed that they were taking money out of my account every month. I didn't sign up for a membership or anything like that. I thought they were like Bare Necessities, but I guess not. I will never order anything from them again, I'll just stay with Bare Necessities. Resolution Sought I want my full refund back and for them to stop taking money out of my account. I do have my receipt, with the tracking number, proving that I returned it.
