Placed an on line order and items were added to my cart without my concent. My card was charged without authorization. My card was kept on file when not authorized to do so. Resolution Sought Cancel my order and subscription which I did not authorize either.

Ordered a bra did not fit returned next one did not fit right. Wanted to exchange then decided just to get refund. They sent me label then instead of refund sent me a bra i did not order. Originally when i was going to exchange i chose another bra for them to send well after i decided refund they not only sent me a bra but one i did not pick or order, there is no way to contact a real person to explain all their mistakes or even get things done correctly so here i am. There customer service is only suitible for their profit and not to help customers with their concerns Resolution Sought Refund me or send the soft sea bra i ordered to replace the chai one i did not!
