My husband received a ninja air fryer 4-in-1 and it's a great product the problem is it is leaked everywhere from the bottom it is leaked all over my counters my floors every time you use it it just pours grease out. I reached out but no one contacted me back to try and get something resolved. I was hoping that maybe you could assist me with helping get this resolved because like I said we love the product we just can't use it because it's getting grease everywhere also when I tried to make the report I found the model number but the serial number is missing some of it because it looks like the grease has been went down with the serial number is and I don't know it's covered some of the serial number up so I can't access the whole Seri. Resolution Sought I would love just to have a working air fryer that doesn't get grease everywhere when you use it.

Requested a return label for my shark blow dryer via email as the phone number I called put me on hold for one hour with no one to answer. I received 5 emails within 3 days from shark saying it's escalated and will be sent. I have still not received a label and instead of emailing label they offered me to keep it and they'll refund a portion of the amount and emailed me to say they aren't sure when I will get the label. Resolution Sought Return label or refund.
