Great service from Sharper!

My Sharper Management representative has always provided timely service. It is greatly appreciated and saves me time and money every month. Kudos Tracy Shaver! You are the best!

The Management does not resolve issues well but for displaying cultural intolerance and bias.

My problem with Sharper Management is many things. Mark Johnson doesn't allow renters to soak to him directly and he's the contact. We're suppose to call our owner and then they need to communicate. Today I was asked to take my Chinese New Year Decorations down. We celebrate this because it's a part of our culture. Like one would put a wreath for Christmas or Easter. The Management does not resolve issues well but for displaying cultural intolerance and bias I'm reporting them.
