We went look for a vehicle. The guy told her he was creating a profile and asked for our personal information. He ran a credit check without our knowledge or consent. Resolution Sought All I ask them to do is send a letter to TransUnion so that we can get our credit score back where it was. He tried to get us a sign of paper me and my husband both refused. We woke up today which is 6/2/25 and seen that our credit score had dropped due to a hard inquiry.
