CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought a silver subscription on geek2geek May 2023. Functionally, it's only really possible to use this site with a subscription, this one being ~$38/month. I never really utilized the site after the first month and didn't think anything of it. That said, it turns out my subscription was renewed without my approval for each month. I have reached out to them, but based on other people's experience, it seems unlikely that I'll get a reply, let alone refunded. Overall, it seems the public opinion on this site is really negative and many feel they have been scammed. As a college student these funds could have been better utilized in other areas and I really am upset with the course of action this all took. Resolution Sought Refund me in full for the 8 months I didn't use the service.
