I still have not received my package from an order in November 2023 and have reached out to the company multiple times regarding this concern. This was supposed to have been delivered before Christmas and the company emailed me back twice saying they apologize and that my order would be shipped out immediately. I emailed them back a third time since I still haven't received it and it's now mid February 2024 and they will not respond to me. My daughter is upset that she didn't receive her Christmas gift and it's not about the money for me as it wasn't expensive at all but it's the principal of it and I hope they aren't scamming lots of people out of money and no one receives the items purchased.
