Went to get mine and my daughters hair done and this women completely destroyed our hair not to mention the things she said over top of my 7 year olds head, telling us how she went to federal prison, been beat, beat people with poles, how her family shoots up, her abortions she's had her husband cheating on her, I asked her for a refund on half of it because I had to fix my hair and she sent a nasty message on my phone and her fb page, lying about me. I have pictures and videos of hair and screenshots of messages, Resolution Sought She has no idea what she is doing and is going to keep doing people like she has, I would like at least half of my money back for having to fix my hair and how she talked in front of my child.

Customer scheduled an appointment on 1/22/22. She arrived for her appointment at noon and upon consultation it was determined she had bleached white over processed hair with damage along with a chemical cut from over use of bleach. She was advised that she needed hair treatments to help with the previous damage.. Treatments for the damage were applied to customer's hair. Customer then used our computer to choose a style and color she wanted. We agreed and colored her hair as requested. Another hair treatment was then applied again to assist with the hair damage. At that time, customer asked to have her daughter's hair bleached and dyed with multiple colors. We advised against a bleaching process on her daughter and instead recommended some pastel colors (pinks and blues). After removing the colored conditioner from the daughter's hair, customer wanted it darker, we then added another treatment to the daughter's hair to appease customer. Upon completion of all services to customer and her daughter, they stated they loved their hair especially the daughters. They paid their bill (along with a gratuity). They left at approximately 6:15pm that night. We worked on customer's hair for most of the afternoon (over 4 hours on her alone and her daughter's hair the remainder). Customer then contacted us a couple days later and stated her hair was dry and she wanted a total refund for all services for herself and daughter. We recommended her to come in for another hair treatment (free of charge, this is a normal $80 process) and to redo anything she wasn't satisfied with. We did not hear back from cusomer until the following day via a text message. Customer stated it had been too long and we would receive the "brunt of her wrath". The following day we received another text from customer and it stated she had left a review and that was the beginning of the process of ruining the business. She stated if we would "double her money back" (twice the amount she paid) she would delete the review. This appeared as an feeble attempt to extort our business. At that time, we blocked her phone and profile and no further contact with customer.
