Make sure no one else falls victim to this establishment.

I wanted to purchase beer from this gas station because it was a reasonable price, as opposed to where I'm from, Maryland. As me and my mom are grabbing beer someone behind the counter says, "We cannot sale beer before 12 o'clock." This is understandable if this rule or law is posted. I'm not from this state so I didn't know that this was an actual thing. Usually if an establishment is limiting a product or facility that they sale or open to the public, the establishment usually locks said product or facility and posts such rules outside of regular sales or procedures. Here in Maryland, where I am from, there is one convenient store that sales alcohol in Prince George's county and whenever they are not selling the merchandise, they lock the merchandise limiting access to the public. I'm not sure exactly what steps I need to take in the future to resolve this problem but if need be I will proceed to take legal action. I don't feel that this is fair because nowhere in the store is this law or rule posted, I do have pictures to prove this is the case. I didn't actually purchase anything because I was told I couldn't although, it was not posted anywhere. The merchandise in the store I'm sure is well over $10,000 at which I could've purchased at anytime otherwise.
