Get someome for drive thru at busiest times of day. And hire friendlier staff.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for almost 30 mins. This is the worst drive thru i have ever been in. They never have anyone working the window. You think drive thru you think fast service. When I am finally able to back out of the drive thru I enter the store only to find the cashier and one of the cooks complaining out loud that the guy was tapping on the window. I am so disgusted with this store.and the snooty employees that I may have to find a new morning station. Get someome for.drive thru at busiest times of day. And hire friendlier staff.
