Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My card declined @ the pump so I paid cash 2 days later I see they charged my card anyway went to speak with owner never can catch him but the employee was able to contact him I showed proof so employee stated the owner said wait 24 hours so I told him why it's posted on my account your staff see it this is the 5th time this store has stolen from me just a week ago the store charge me 350.00 which he gave back because I wasn't leaving & that was after 5am I believe they rerun people card after the customers paid cash & I believe they machine are rig it's only happening to everyone that's not ARAB I have proof of that Resolution Sought Return what they stolen several times it's no need to ask for a apology they don't care only for there people.
