Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bought gas and selected "car wash" because they advertise reduced gas (3.24 gal vs 3.44 elsewnere), went through the car wash, where it's posted over the entrance $3.00 Car Wash. Then I checked my receipt and they charged me $10 after the fuel cost. So I went back and asked them and they told me I didn't select the $3.00 car wash, I chose the $10.00 wash. That's b.s., I just wouldn't get a wash at that price, there's to many places where you can get one foe cheaper. They're dishonest! People should know how crooked they are. Resolution Sought I want them to change their advertising. I want my $10.00 back! I don't care if it's only $10, it's deceptive.

Company states: We are not dishonest. The customer received exactly what he purchased. This customer had marijuana on his breath when he approached us regarding his issue. He wanted to push the $3, but pushed the $10 instead. He pushed the button at the pump, and we have no control over his personal actions. He went through the car wash and received services as selected. Unfortunately, there is no refund due to the customer. The brand name is The $3 Car Wash and we offer a rinse, but no one buys a $3 rinse. I consider this matter closed.
