The shell station in Elgin 595 Spears creek church rd. Advertised price off by .20 cents per gallon even after using membership rewards. Also Circle K and the Shell station at exit 80 off highway 20 both the same. I even asked for cash discount like advertised, but cashier had no clue. Please stop and reinforce actual price. Resolution Sought I want a refund business fined.
