On October 14th 2021 my wife took our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica to this business to have a auto start/stop light fixed. We purchased this vehicle new from their dealership. Keep in mind this is our 3rd vehicle purchase from them and the extended warranty was also purchased from the company. After a several hour wait my wife notifies me that they will not cover a battery replacement and we owe them $100.00 for the diagnosis. Keep in mind I'm at work and she had worked all night as a nurse and had our 4 yr old son with her. I had to leave work and get very nasty with them to wave the fee and allow her and my son to leave. There was no offer to give her a ride anywhere and the shop closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch and there was no one around in case of emergency. This is not the first time that I've had to leave my job and go address this. Every time it's just my wife they act like this. This is extremely unprofessional and wrong. When we purchased the vehicle with the extra warranty we were told the only thing that wasn't covered was tires, bulbs, hoses and things to that nature however they are refusing to replace a 2 year old aux battery because they claim it's normal wear and tear. This company is known to do that to people. However if I take the vehicle to have work performed there is no issue on warranty coverage. Resolution Sought Battery be replaced free of charge. Existing warranty be transferred to another Chrysler dealership and a formal apology to my wife for making her wait that long and trying to take advantage of you. Would also like it to be known that if they choose to replace the battery, that this be the last transaction we have with this company.

The customer was contacted by the owner of the company, David Hagan, In October to discuss Mr. Price's concern. Charlie Taylor, Service Manager contacted Mr. Price to offer to pay 50% of the repair. We contacted Mr. Price today to follow up on the date he would like to have the service completed (new battery) and he stated his work schedule has changed and he is not certain when he came come in, but will contact us in the next couple of days to schedule a time. Again, the company agreed to pay half of the battery replacement. We consider this issue resolved and closed.
