I put a deposit down on a vehicle on Saturday 25th June at 1.07 pm we were told that they are holding the vehicle. On Monday we were supposed to pick up the vehicle. They apologized and said they accidentally sold the vehicle. The sales guy Mike Wan said that someone took the keys off his desk and sold the truck accidentally. This dealership has no control over there vehicle keys they have keys sitting around loose they also do not log the who is driving what vehicle for a given dealer plate. They are breaking gm franchise agreement and federal law of not tracking license plates. The general manager Drew Cook does not care about the incident and says take another vehicle. Resolution Sought Gmc should do the right thing and shut down this facility. They are breaking federal law by not tracking license plates and not following the secure controlled procedure for controlling vehicle keys.
