I do auto pay for my internet. My husband had Prostate CA and Blood clots creating life-threatening situations. Our bills were taken care of or so I thought. SHENTEL BILL was short 23 cents and each month since, they have added $5 late fee amounting to $80.24. $74.24 were all late fees starting from a mere 23 cents. I called and tried to reason with the billing department to no avail. The actual owed amount is $6.00. The rest is late charges which I have paid. I am asking for the reimbursement of $74.23 late fees as my husband is still recovering from two major surgeries and we do not have a lot of extra money. I already pay $88.45 monthly for internet service. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for $74.24 late fees.
