I had to have my key reprogrammed due to house fire. Shepard's come out said he programmed key but couldn't get dash lights or engine to turn over said it was a fuse left after many attempts to reach him phone and text even messenger he still won't answer me about making it right I am on disability and only get paid once a month and even told him I saved for 2 months very shady business man Resolution Sought Either come out at no cost and program key or give me a refund plus give me extra for the suffering I have had to endure
