If she is that unhappy she needs to quit

The director and two of her staff members are so rude and disrespectful to the ladies that live there. They yell at them and curse at them. Then when a person of importance anybody better than us comes around, she pretends to be nice. They have a mold problem that they would never fix and as a result I stayed sick all the time. To the public or anybody reading, she appears so sweet but to us she is hateful.
