I bought these shoes on 3/29/22. I received them and the ankle clasps broke two weeks after use. I sent pictures as requested.(the shoes are supposed to have a lifetime warranty) they sent me an email saying the shoes could be repaired sent to a place that will only fox them if I pay. I called them back the guys now trying to say the company denied the repair which is not true I have an email saying they would fix them. But said he could nor get ahold if him. I told him I want are calls recorded and he hung up on me Resolution Sought I want the money back at this point they can have the shoes they won't fix
