On 12/13/23, I bought 3 gals of paint, SW 7556, Crème, for $176.47. When my painter, poured a quarter of the gallon can on his paint bucket, he found out that it is white and not crème. I talked to the store manager requesting to correct the wrong color and he told me that he can't do any refund, because it is not the full gallon quantity. Resolution Sought I want a full refund for the 1 gal can I have paid for and for the company to correct or avoid this problem of giving consumers the wrong paint color . They have to avoid such negligence on their part to protect consumers. Thank you, BCA
