Customer Complaint

Purchased a head from them and paid a core of $1,600 until the core was returned. I returned the core 2 days after installation. A month later I was told I'd be getting my refund. Purchased at the beginning of April and still have not received my core money after being approved to receive it. Every time I call I keep getting excuses about my money. Resolution Sought I would like to get my money back.

Company states: A check in amount of $1,561.42 was sent to the customer June 14, 2022. The check has already been cashed by the customer. The customer should revise his derogatory comments he posted on the internet.
