Shield Plumbing complaints

We had a toilet leaking water from somewhere , found water on the floor. We called our home Warranty Co, American Home Shield, They sent a co called Shield Plumbing. The first guy opened the tank, adjusted the float & the water pressure from the wall, he did not replace anything as my husband was standing right there watching him. He also flushed it several times, he was here about 15 minutes. 2 days later we had water on the floor again, so we called them again, no response until I called & left a very upset message with them, a woman called me back and said that she had called & left a voice mail on my husband's phone, I checked his call logs & no messages from them showed up. So she scheduled a apt for Mon, the 2nd man came out, flushed the toilet 3 times, said if he didn't see water coming out he wasn't going to tear apart the toilet. So as I tried to tell him it didn't gush out the toilet but was a slow leak, I pointed my finger at him & he got all p***** & told me not to point my finger at him he didn't have to take that & that's when I got mad & we got into a big argument & he stomped out of the house. Neither one of those plumbers inspected any place around the tank or anywhere else. In fact the 1st man apparently wrote up a ticket saying that he replaced a seal, but my husband was right there & he did nit see him replace a seal. So that was one of the things the argument was about, the second man said he saw the ticket, so he basically called my husband a liar Resolution Sought Still have a leaky toilet. The warranty Co did refund our money. But those 2 so called plumbers didn't even inspect the toilet anywhere, I found the leak by accident by putting my hand down under the tank, & it was wet. So every time we use it it leaks' from under the tank. Great plumbers they are.
