The agreement was 730.00 Zelle for a puppy including delivery November 27, 2023. Later on he ask for more money also claiming he's also a doctor. I gave him another 150.00 in gift card as he promise he will deliver the puppy without problems. Then later in he keep asking for more money and I couldn't take it anymore, he won't even refund my money. I filed two police report already. The fake website is still there, I believed they doing to other people… shihtzuhavens.com and their phone number is 717-408-1666 must be fake number. Be careful calling this number he will give your number to his group and try to scam your money and make your phone busy all day. I do hope this company can help me. I am very depressed. Thanks a million even if it didn't work out. Resolution Sought I would like my refund as they guarantee but did not keep their word
