Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a blanket that I saw on Facebook. Yes, my first mistake. It had dachshunds on it. I love dachshunds. I did a payment plan with Shop. Four payments of $24.99. When I received the blanket I was extremely disappointed. The color was wrong. It feels like plastic and the corner stitches are uneven and awful. I have asked for a refund and shipping lab to send back. They replied back with, I'm sorry but please explain why you are not happy and send photos. I did as requested and now they will not reply back. I have emailed them again a few days ago and insisted that I get a reply. As of today, 4/10, nothing. The last contact with them was 4/03 when asking for photos. I have only paid half, but my next payment comes out of my account on 4/12. My order number is #1112437. The original tracking is JCW00002393661 showing that it left China 3-23-2024 Resolution Sought I want a return label to send back and a full refund. This item is not what they advertised.
