My complaint with this company is to start with there a third party company that handles packages from the post office and FedEx and those type of businesses to send overseas in other words if it's something that the post office cannot send overseas then this company steps in and sends it overseas and takes responsibility for it after it leaves. Okay they have a package that belongs to me is the iPhone 15 inside the package it is a $900 phone. The phone is supposed to go to my wife who is out of this country with her mother right now while her mother is having surgery over in Ghana Africa. Okay we send the package to ship it to from the post office and then when they get it there's some kind of discrepancy about the reason they don't want to send it to Ghana because Ghana's government is fraudulent scams and stuff like that. That is understandable I'm glad they caught that but the problem is is they still have my package over a month now and it has my return address on it and they have not sent it back to my house I have give them all the information they need to know my driver's license my social security number everything about me pictures of my driver's license and also I have bought a shipping label and email it to them that they have received to send that package back to my house the return I just got off the chat line with a lady named Julie who I've been talking to the whole time and this is the third time she's told me that she would notify the warehouse to go ahead a Resolution Sought My desired outcome on this is I want my $95 back that I paid them to ship it to Ghana I wish they never did and I want my phone back Verizon is on my tail about that phone and I need that phone back it is a $900 phone they're holding out there at a warehouse in Torrance California.
