Shiply breaching their own policy of neutrality l, engaged in unfair business and negligence. Shiply platform is a transportation marketplace and according to their policy they are "Neutral Party" who will try to mediate any dispute that may arise. A customer filed a dispute for a delayed shipment shiply notified me via email stating a dispute was filed and my account will be suspended. I responded to the dispute according and also pointed out to shiply that it is unfair to decide to suspend my account without hearing my side of the story, After I had explain the reason of the delay the customer support stated they are neutral and account will not be suspended. After resolving the dispute with my customer I provided all parties proof of shipment transfer to the new transporter. I provided a photo and release of liability. Shiply failed to exercise the proper duty of care in handling account suspension and acted negligent in applying their policies and procedure. Another reason from shiply to why my account wad suspended is because the other party had not provided update of the dispute. The breach of contract between user and shiply platform was breached. The unfair business practice shiply has imposed was unfair and deceptive business practice. All these affected us financially and emotionally. Despite of proof of communication with shiply and documentation from our email that they are neutral party and it will not result a suspension they proceed with the harsh decision. Resolution Sought This unjust decision must be reverse immediately, restore the account immediately. Financial lost should be compensated. Failure to correct will result to civil lawsuit.
