Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I work as delivery driver shopping and delivering groceries for Shipt.com. I had worked all day yesterday and we get to instantly withdrawal our earnings. I had not yet withdrawn my instant pay out I was going to wait for the other orders that I did to come through so I could withdraw them the whole amount because they only give you three times to withdraw your honor your instant payout which used to be anytime it didn't they didn't put a cap on how many times you could withdraw your earnings anyways I was waiting for that to come through and then when I went back in at just after midnight, my time mountain standard time, the money was gone and is now put into I have to wait a week to be able to get that money out, but yet it was in my instant instant payout when I could've just withdrawn itinstantly that's not right it's not legal. They can't do that. Resolution Sought I want my money today not have to wait a week

I placed a order on March 29th my order got marked as delivered i never received my order i reached out to the merchant explaining to them that I never received my order they refused to resolve my issue I've called multiple times I've sent multiple emails Resolution Sought I would like a refund
