May 1st I paid a 99$ membership fee to https://shirtsy.com/ to establish business credit through their Net 30 program, I also placed a order for business shirts totaling 105.45$ with express 3 day shipping. Come the end of May I had not received my order or any information regarding when I would receive the order. I've called them several times and emailed them I've gotten no response. I've emailed them asking to cancel the order and cancel my membership. Now I am receiving a bill threatening me to pay the 105.45$ order I did not receive. I can eat the loss of the 99$ membership fee but I am not paying a bill for something I haven't received especially since the company doesn't have the decency to communicate with communicate with customers. Resolution Sought Close my account cancel my order that I didn't receive so my business Joplin Cleaning Service don't have a unpaid bill on it's credit.
