I went to Dr Paul Shivers in Salem Ohio where he did 3 fillings for me. While Dr Shivers did the drilling another employee did the actual fillings. She said when I left if I had any problems to call in. I went in without any pain but left with pain. I called in the next week to express I was in pain at the time they said it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in I wxpressed how the women said to call if any probs and the receptionist got short with me stating "well she doesn't even work here anymore". They called back a day or 2 later stating they could get me in sooner I went in and another lady ground the bite down thinking that was the problem and said if it didn't get better to call back again Dr Shivers in the room stated he wanted me to get a root canal if I continued to experience pain. The pain continued so I called in yet again, the receptionist asked me if I went to the endodontist where I stated I cannot afford a root canal and was not in pain when I got the fillings, she got me into the office that week. When I went in the receptionist took and X-ray of the tooth. The Dr came in a few moments later saying I had to go to oral surgeon. I went for a second opinion and that Dr said the fillings are terrible and just need redone one of them is even broken already, that I don't have to lose my tooth and he can fix it as the fillings are not even deep. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and compensation for 2 months of pain and suffering because the Dr couldn't be inconvenienced enough to care about me as a patient and look in my mouth to see the faulty work done by his team. Not to mention the damage I've done to my body by taking over the counter pain meds around the clock for 2 months.
