I have been a supportive customer of Sho Me Sounds and Wheels for 1 year. I have received many automotive/ mechanical services during this timeframe. In July of 2021, I had to get my transmission rebuilt making repair services amount to approximately $2,200.00 (USD Currency) I made one full payment of that amount ahead of repair and was given a 1yr warranty within a printed receipt. I began having trouble with my transmission last Friday (05/13/22) which resulted in my car failing to switch gears. Strategizing my warranty before expiration date--I decided to take my car back to Sho Me Sounds and Wheel this week on Monday. The next day, I wanted to follow-up on the status of my car by trying to communicate with the owner but, he lacked quality customer service skills. He was verbally rude and very disrespectful. His responded aggressively by yelling and his approach was very threatening because he walked in my face . As a customer I felt that he was unprofessional I believe that this place needs to be investigated because of the way Sho Me Sounds and Wheels owner and his employees treat their customers and their false advertising. Resolution Sought I want my car to be completely repaired and financially reimbursed for the negative encounter and disrespect.

Company states: The customer's vehicle was in our lot because he was taken away by the police. The police claimed he shot at someone, so his car was here all that time. It was a terrible experience for our shop. The customer's vehicle has been repaired and he already picked it up last week. Also, want to add when my mechanic check the transmission, it was way over filled by 4 quarts with transmission fluid. Technically we did not have to do anything, only drain the transmission of the over filled transmission fluid.

I've paid this shop to rebuild my transmission and it was a total disaster 9 months later. Having a warranty from the previous repair, I took the warranty and my car back believing it would be honored. lnstead My car was just sitting up there for three weeks. I kept going to the shop to check on my car and they constantly alleged that my car would be done at a certain time but never was done! June the 11 he contacted my emergency contact --knowing full and well he knew my number he made some type of agreement with law enforcement to bait me there so he did not have to fix my car. He told me my car was done but it never was fixed and upon him giving me my keys he did not include the up to date repair receipt he clearly tried to use my personal endeavors against me hoping my arrest would have been permanent. I just want my money reimbursed for my inconveniences on their part. Poor customer service skills, Breach of warranty and falsely stating my car was repaired when it wasn't as a customer I feel that I've been ripped out of money that I've worked so hard for.
