I ordered shoes for Christmas in December. One pair was not the shoes I ordered. I asked if I can get a replacement before Christmas and they said it would not come on time so I asked for a refund. I followed the directions on the website and sent the shoes back. The person I was emailing about the issue stopped replying after I returned the shoes. I use the website to communicate an issue but has not got a reply. They kept my money and the shoes. I have the receipt and proof that I've been reaching out. Resolution Sought I would like my refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes, paid $170 order number Dz52575-001 San Francisco Giants shoes. They took the money of the card and I haven't received no tracking number or update I feel like I need ripped off badly and 1,000. Resolution Sought Ship my shoes and stop dragging around plus 1,000 dollars
