I made a purchase with this company almost two months ago and I never received the product. FedEx left my package unsupervised and outside of the property , I reached out to the merchant they had me do a few things and I did everything they asked they told me it would take 6-8 weeks for a refund how is that possible I paid for something I never received they don't update me about my claim or anything it's just wrong and very unprofessional of them as a company. It's been almost two months and still I have yet to receive my refund ! Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for the product that was purchased over two months ago that I had put a missing claim in for.

The shoes i received were not as described on the website. The website indicates the shoes do not have a Velcro strap, and also have JORDAN written on the tongue. The shoes received have Velcro and do not have JORDAN written on the tongue. I contacted the website multiple times about a return, as the item is not as described. I have not received any kind of response from them. The website indicates they accept returns if you pay for your own shipping? Which is nearly $20. I believe because the item was not as described, I should not have to pay for shipping.
