I ordered shoes for Christmas in December. One pair was not the shoes I ordered. I asked if I can get a replacement before Christmas and they said it would not come on time so I asked for a refund. I followed the directions on the website and sent the shoes back. The person I was emailing about the issue stopped replying after I returned the shoes. I use the website to communicate an issue but has not got a reply. They kept my money and the shoes. I have the receipt and proof that I've been reaching out. Resolution Sought I would like my refund.
