Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Shoebacca...they were delivered to the wrong address by UPS...Who confirmed the order was delivered to the wrong address...they could not retrieve the item...I contacted Shoebacca and a customer service representatives assured me my order would be resent and arrive by Friday...contacted them Saturday after I received no shoes....representatives was belligerent, unsophisticated and could not find proper records. I have yet to receive my order or refund. Resolution Sought Receive full refund plus the business be scored poorly for unprofessionalism, belligerence , poor customer service and product delivery quality.
