I cancelled my account September 2021 and 39.95 was charged to my card in Jan and then charged 4 more times after I called and told them to stop charging my credit card, that was Feb 4th. He gave me Confirmation # 25178055 56 or 57. I called Shoedazzle Feb 4th and they told me it was refunded and it hasn't been Resolution Sought Refund all the charges they made to my credit card.

I can confirm that your ShoeDazzle membership was canceled as per your request on 2/3/2022 by a member of member service. Can you please confirm if this is the only account created with ShoeDazzle? Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 7/4/2016 during your purchase of the Pompom Tassel Pleasant Tank and Crochet Bell Sleeve Blouse. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $39.95 a month, which turns into $39.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases. my issue is that this company , unprofessional , hung up on me several times , in the past two weeks rep today that I got her name Mary DISC CALL AS WELL , been calling every two days , exhausted, livid , since first order Nov . 5th not received ORDER HISTORY To return an item, click on order number. View our Return Policy Order Date ? Order # Item Color Status 11/10/21 109953603 SABRINA ROUND TOE PUMP BLACK Shipped 11/02/21 1091858994 SABRINA ROUND TOE PUMP BLACK Shipped not once , but twice , first supervisor Rico told me to call back today regarding the issue , second manager on the floor Essau , he told me second pair sent as courtesy , when I stated how is it a courtesy ? when I paid for something never received ???!!!! The issue I stated over and over is the vendor delivery person not following my instructions , in my acct with on trac it states delivered at my front door you cant get to my front door , I have a gated entry with simple instruction's in my on trac acct in bldg # 44 /wooden gate with #4707 in black on my gate ,to put package over my gate -to not leave in front of my gate !!!!!!!!! But was never done . Lastly requested for another delivery vendor since this vendor is either stealing my package or leaving it some where to be stolen ! Last supervisor very nonchalant , not truly sympathetic , coming from a place of no ! REFUSE TO PROVIDED MY FULL REFUND !!!! All across the board COULD NOT BELIEVE I WAS MADE T Resolution Sought I want my shoes as well some type of compensation for my suffering of this treatment with this company, my experience has been a complete nightmare going back /forth in between shoe dazzle /ontrac. I'm sickly this had made me more sick and stressed with complete upset, my blood pressure has been at an all time high due to this, my nights are long because of a pair shoes calling every other night notes not detailed in my acct every call.
