I made a one time purchase from this company in or around 11/2020 and since then, they have been taking 49.95 from my credit card every month until i noticed the act on or around 04/2024. I contacted them and they credited my credit card 699.00 and promise mailing me a check of 1688.00 which they still have not yet done even though they promised doing so awhile ago. Every time i called them, they promise mailing me the check and say it will take 4 to 6 business weeks for me to receive my check. I have gone through this process twice and i still have not received anything from them. We have gone over my mailing address over a dozen times but they still keep telling me that they unable to mail the check. Every time i call they end up telling me something different from what was said the last time. This process has being very disappointing and these guys are the most dishonest group of people i have ever come across Resolution Sought I would like them to honor there word and refund the 1688.00 that they promise mailing me. This process has taken over five months and counting. I am just asking them to refund me what they took from me.
