I returned shoes the representative said I would receive my refund 3-5 business days. I waited until the end of the day on Friday 11/5 which is exactly 5 business days they said it would be refunded. Now I receive an email I have to wait another 7 days to receive the refund. I have been going back and forth with this company for over a week already. Please help me get my money refunded to me. Resolution Sought Refund me my money back to my credit card I am out the money and no shoes I sent them back cause they did not fit
