Over a month ago I ordered a pair of shoes for my fiancé I paid for next day delivery they were not delivered I waited a week still no shoes I contacted them it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of them then they sent me back a thing where they said they were going to send me back my money over email they never did then I got a thing saying all one of the owners I appreciate your shoe order and I told him what you order I wanted a refund then they sent me a thing all the money should have been refunded already but it wasn't I'm back in my car now I responded to them and I told him I said I'm going to report you to the better Business bureau and they have not responded yet. Resolution Sought Give me my money back

To whom it may concern Hello we have been in contact with Mr. Boudreau from every email sent I spoke with the Mr. Boudreau yesterday and stated that he would be receiving a refund for the 64.62 today which has been issued I explained I was away from the office and as soon as I got back into town he would receive a refund he responded ok the refund has been issued to Mr. Boudreau thank you.

Consumer states; As of today they refunded the money on my card the card should be on there in 24 hours so that's what my card company told me I appreciate your promptness in this matter have a wonderful day.
