Hard to cantact

I'm the member of shop and ship us shipping service. This is not good for all service because it's hard to contact by phone. If you call 81897921119. The operator can't talking English because the line switching to Thailand. When I have the problem Shop and ship never contact. I will try to do everything by myself. I don't trust this company anymore.
