Re-price products, greedy people

This store is charging over 20 dollars for one regular sized can of powdered baby formula. This huge price is probably due to the WIC program, as most things that are eligible are way more expensive than those not. I believe this is termed "price gouging".. Alot of stores jack up their WIC products prices
