I have been trying for over a week to make my monthly payment to no avail. I am not able to speak to a customer service rep or complete payment on line. I have not been late in paying and didn't want this to hinder my credit. I would mail a check but are the addresses on line correct. When trying information for headquarters my Norton blocks it saying this is a malicious site Resolution Sought I would like to make my monthly payment and not be reported as being late
