I paid full amount of 15.594 for a set of furniture sofa loveseat armchair and cocktail table I can't get in touch with them for the delivery I received only the armchair May 10, Resolution Sought I would like to get the furniture or my money back.

I had bought a set of furniture (sofa and love seat) on a layaway payment plan. I started making payments on September 2021 till I completed my last payment in February 2022. I was informed by several different customer service reps (Lisa, Renee and Tina) that my furniture was supposed to be ready and delivered by April 2022. I called in April, and was informed by the customer service dept that my furniture is on back order and that it will available for delivery in June 2022. Come June, I called the company's customer service dept and was yet again informed that the furniture is still on back order and will definitely be delivered in September 2022. I called the company in August 2022, just to confirm my delivery and I was unable to get through to the customer service number at 800-269-2216, apparently, the number is no longer in service. About how weeks ago I got a call from Mr John from the delivery company, USA Furniture Wholesale informing me that my furniture is ready for delivery however Shop Factory Direct have not made any payment towards my order. I contacted my bank to track down the transactions but the bank was unable to assist in the matter. I'm in the process of taking the matter to the courts at this point. I just do not know what to do next. Resolution Sought I would like my furniture to be delivered to me or else a full refund of my money.
